Although released in 2005, 'Die Mulde' began as a commission way back in 1997 by European arts and music festival and only previously available on a VHS tape of the event. The concept of the project was to have the composition played live over speakers and mirrored installations all over the festival that allowed the visitors to experience music in a profound new way.
This CD presents the first opportunity to hear the resultant effort all digitally remixed and mastered of course. Also includes a piece from 1981 available for the first time.
Die Mulde is a must for any Ashra collector.
